Propfox exists to give independent landlords the professional property management they deserve. We focus on owners with 1-60 units per location, with transparent pricing and undivided attention , so that every owner can trust their investment is truly being looked after.

Our vision

As a self-managing landlord since 1978, Dave Potter noticed that independent landlords were underserved by property management companies. Propfox was started to bring professional, experienced management with cutting edge technology and practices to the small to mid-size property owners.
